HAMBURGER QUICHE 
9 in. unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion

Brown ground beef. Pour off fat. Blend items 3 through 7. Stir items 3 through 7 into meat. Add cheeses and onions. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
