HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Argo cornstarch
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. diced green onion
Dash pepper

Brown meat in skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and set aside. Blend next four ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6 to 8.
