HAMBURGER PIE 
1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onions (green or regular)
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 unbaked pie shell

Brown ground meat with onions; drain. Mix eggs, cornstarch, milk and mayonnaise. Add ground meat mixture. Mix well. Add Cheddar cheese; mix well. Bake in pie shell at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Double recipe for 2 pies. Freeze one. Yield 1 pie serves 8 people.
