HAMBURGER PIE FOR A CROWD 
5 lbs. ground meat
4 med. onions, chopped
3 cans green beans
4 cans tomato soup
Potato Topper

In 2 large skillets, cook meat and onions; drain. Put into 2 baking dishes. Season each with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Add half the beans and soup to each pan; mix. Cook 3 pounds potatoes. Mash and add 1 cup milk and 2 eggs. Add 1/4 cup butter and 1 teaspoon salt. Drop in mounds over meat mixture. You can sprinkle grated cheese (2 cups) on top, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 24 servings.
