PINK FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
2 pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. finely chopped dates
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
3 tbsp. syrup from cherries
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Blend cheese and undrained pineapple. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into individual molds. Freeze overnight or until firm. Remove from freezer 20 to 30 minutes before serving. Unmold and garnish with more cherries. 6 to 8 servings.
