MEXICAN BEAN SALAD 
1 med. head of lettuce
3 tomatoes, diced
2 green onions
1 green pepper, diced
1 can Ranch Style beans, drained
Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 jar Italian dressing
Crunchy corn chips

Take shredded head of lettuce, place in bottom of deep dish. Put in layer of tomatoes, onions, peppers, beans, and cheese. Pour 3/4 of an 18 ounce bottle of dressing. Chill 1 hour, add layer of crunchy corn chips on top just before serving.
