JELLO SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. minced celery
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1 sm. (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Boil pineapple, add lime Jello package. Cool for 1 hour in refrigerator. Cream the cream cheese. Add above mixture to it slowly. Add celery and nuts and Cool Whip. Mix and chill until firm in a mold. Try other flavors of Jello. Decorate if you wish. Can omit nuts.
