APPLE BUTTERSCOTCH CRUMB PIE 
Unbaked pie pastry
4-6 c. pared, sliced crisp apples
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt

Line 9 1/2 inch pie plate with pastry. Toss apples, lemon juice, sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon and salt together. Spoon into pie crust. Cover edge of pie crust with aluminum foil to prevent over browning. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

While baking - prepare crumbs. Melt butter and butterscotch chips in double boiler or microwave. Add 3/4 cup flour and 1/8 teaspoon salt with a fork until uniformly crumbly.

Remove foil form pie, spread crumbs over top. Return pie to oven and bake additional 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
