LUF'WADAG 666 PATTIES 
6 Farm Fresh eggs
6 jiggers Tabasco sauce
6 red chili peppers
6 sm. scallions with stems
12 sourdough bread slices
Leaf lettuce
6 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
6 sm. skin-on potatoes, pre-steamed
Salt & pepper to taste
Raw goat cream
6 slices goat cheese
Tomato

Chop and mix all ingredients. Use raw goat cream (soured) as needed to blend all ingredients and form patties. Use flour to keep from sticking on hands. Toast golden brown both sides in skillet (low heat), melt slice of goat cheese over each pattie. Serve on sourdough bread (skillet toasted) with leaf lettuce, tomato, and dressing. Serves 6.
