1 pound hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
2 cans pinto beans (don't rinse)
1 can mixed vegetables (don't drain)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 large jar beef gravy
1 large container Bob Evan's mashed potatoes

Brown hamburger add chopped onion. Simmer for 5 min. Add other ingredients to beef mixture. Place in a oven safe baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and bake for 15-20 min and serve.

I served mine with homemade cornbread.
