MEATBALL CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
3/4 c. rolled oats, uncooked
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine meat, oats, milk, onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 8 large meatballs. Place in 2 quart casserole. Combine catsup, vinegar, water, and sugar and pour over top of meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
