BEEF AND SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 unbaked pastry shell
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
6 oz. Italian sausage
1 lb. lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Half and Half

Saute onion in butter until golden brown. Remove sausage from casing and add with beef to pan, cook until browned and crumbly. Remove from heat and mix in garlic, salt, pepper, green onion, parsley and half the cheese; set aside. Beat eggs until blended and stir in Half and Half.

Spread meat mixture in the pie shell, pour mixture over. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until set, slightly puffed golden brown.
