LEMON - VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello and refrigerate until slightly thick. 1/2 c. chopped cucumber 1/4 c. shredded carrots Sm. amount diced onion

Fold vegetables until completely mixed. 1 sm. tub whipped cream or Cool Whip 1/4 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)

Fold these ingredients until thoroughly blended. Add vegetables to Jello and stir, then cottage cheese mixture and stir. Place in refrigerator until set. Flavor is better if allowed to set 24 hours.
