LEMON VEGETABLES 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli flowerets
1 med. head cauliflower flowerets
3 med. carrots, cut in 1/4 inch slices
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter

Heat 1 inch water to boiling. Add broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Cover and heat to boiling; reduce heat. Boil until tender 5 to 10 minutes. Drain. Toss with remaining ingredients.
