POOR BOY FILLETS 
1 lb. lean hamburger
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms stems & pieces, drained
3 tbsp. finely chopped pimento stuffed olives
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
Lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
5 slices bacon

In a skillet or microwave, partially cook bacon. Set aside to drain on paper toweling. Combine all other ingredients, mixing well. Form into 5 hamburgers. Wrap edge of each with a strip of the partially cooked bacon, securing with a wooden toothpick. Grill over medium cook for 8 minutes. Turn and grill 8 minutes more. This recipe is easy to double.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
