2 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine in a large bowl sugar, flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa. Add the oil, water, vinegar and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 30- 35 minutes. Cool and frost.
