BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 c. green olives, sliced
8 green onions, chopped
5 hard boiled eggs
1 lb. bacon, fried, drained, crumbled
Sliced mushrooms

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) bottle Wishbone Italian dressing
Salt & pepper
Dash of red pepper

Wash broccoli and separate into flowerets. Break into small buds. Toss broccoli, olives, green onions, eggs, bacon and mushrooms. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, dressing and seasonings to taste. Pour over the broccoli mixture. Refrigerate. Serves 6. (I really think it will serve 8 to 10.)
