BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice (1/2 c. raw = 1 c. cooked)
1/2 stick butter
1 med. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz

Cook broccoli and drain. Saute onion in butter. Add soup to onion mix, heat. Do not add water. Cool rice. Mix all ingredients and add cheese. Stir. Put into buttered 9 x 11 inch baking dish. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
