PEAR CAKE 
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pears, canned
1 c. pecans

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. butter
1 box powdered sugar
4-7 tbsp. pear juice

Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Beat well. Mix dry ingredients and add the creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Add pears. Bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool and drizzle glaze over cake.
