BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP 
Boil a large can of chicken broth (48 ounces). Add 2 packages of dry Lipton golden onion soup; set aside. Boil a head of broccoli until tender; cut into small pieces. Add to broth.

Grate a 12-ounce package of sharp cheddar; add to broth. Season to taste with garlic, onion, and Italian seasoning. Make a mixture of butter and flour; add 2 containers of light cream and add to soup.

Soup can be put in a crock pot to simmer on low. Enjoy!
