BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. mild sausage (browned & well drained)
9 eggs
3 c. milk
3 slices bread (cubed) or lay in bottom of pan, butter both sides
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese

Combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Beat until well blended. Stir in drained sausage, bread and cheese. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (covered).
