BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
1 (16 oz.) breakfast pan sausage
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk

Flatten dough into pan. Brown sausage, drain and spoon over dough. Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage. Mix eggs and milk, pour over cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until center is set.
