MOM'S PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 (#2) can garden peas
1 sm. can sliced pineapple (drained)
Oil for frying

Salt, pepper and flour pork chops. Brown in hot oil in pan on top of the stove. Pour off excess drippings. Place chops in pan single layer. Pour on can of peas. Place sliced pineapple over chops. Cover, simmer over low heat 30 minutes or until done.
