ITALIAN STYLE BEANS, HOT OR
SALAD
 
1 lb. flat Italian beans
4 cloves garlic (fresh)
6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook beans in salt water until tender or to taste. Drain. While hot, add garlic, vinegar, olive oil and salt to taste. Can be served with snacks or dinner salad or vegetable. Will keep well.
