ITALIAN MUSHROOM-BEAN SALAD 
10 oz. pkg. frozen baby lima beans
8 mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
4 green onions (with top), chopped
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. oil and vinegar salad dressing

Cook beans as directed; drain. Add remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
