BREAKFAST BRUNCH 
6 eggs
6 slices bread, no crust and cubed
1 lb. sausage, browned OR cubed ham, small shrimp, or bacon, cooked slightly and crumbled
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate overnight if possible. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. (Optional mushrooms or onions.) Serves 6 to 8.
