CHAFING DISH MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 lg. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
1 lemon, juiced

Combine meatball ingredients. Mix and shape into 50 to 60 meatballs. In large skillet, combine sauce ingredients until browned. Serve in chafing dish or other warmer. Serve with cocktail picks.
