MAIN DISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg or egg white
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. water
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix beef, garlic salt, onion, milk, salt, pepper, wheat germ, dry mustard, and egg together. Form into 12 meatballs. Brown meatballs on all sides. Drain off fat. Add bouillon cubes, 1 1/4 cups water, and parsley. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Stir cornstarch into 1 tablespoon cold water. Stir into meatballs to make a gravy.
