BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 to 12 slices cubed bread, no crusts
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 lb. grated American cheese
1 c. cubed ham or cooked sausage or bacon

Put bread cubes in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Place meat and cheese on top of bread. Beat eggs; mix with milk and pour over ingredients in pan. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until set.

Serves 8.
