BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8-10 slices butter bread
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
8-10 eggs
1 qt. milk
1 lb. ham
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Place diced bread in bottom of pan. Next, layer ham, mushrooms, green pepper, and cheese over diced bread. Whip eggs and add milk. Pour over layered ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8 people. For a larger amount, use the same amount of bread as eggs and add more of the top ingredients.
