BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb, sausage or ham, cooked, crumbled or chopped
6 eggs
1 c. Bisquick Mix
1/2 c. milk (approx.)
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Combine Bisquick and eggs, adding milk until smooth. Line casserole dish with meat. Pour Bisquick mixture over meat and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 350°F for 30 - 40 minutes.

It would have been helpful had you designated the size dish you would need for this recipe. I am using an 8X8" Pyrex. I guess it will make a taller piece than had I used an 9X13" Pyrex. I did add onion which I cooked with the sausage. :)
