GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
8 green peppers
4 red peppers
20 green tomatoes
20 med. onions
3 c. dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. salt
2 pt. apple cider vinegar

OPTIONAL:

1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Put vegetables through coarse grinder. Cook 30 minutes in sugar, salt, vinegar, and spices on low heat. Let bubble, not boil. Seal in hot sterile jars. No hot or cold baths are necessary. Great on hamburgers and hot dogs.
