SEAFOOD QUICHE 
Deep dish pie shell
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
8 oz. each crab & shrimp meat
2 green onions
3 beaten eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. sliced almonds

Place shredded cheese in pie shell. Place seafood over cheese. Beat together the rest of the ingredients and pour over top. Sprinkle almonds over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
