SEAFOOD QUICHE 
RICHER FIRMER CUSTARD:

1 c. whipping cream
4 egg yolks
Nutmeg
2 c. imitation seafood, crab
Pinch salt
Cayenne pepper
9 inch pie crust

LESS RICH CUSTARD:

1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. half & half
2 egg yolks
Cayenne pepper
2 c. imitation seafood, crab
Pinch salt
1 whole egg
Nutmeg
9 inch pie crust

After mixing the custard, add in seafood; mix gently. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or when custard is cooled.
