2 eggs OR egg substitute
1 c. milk (or 2%)
1 tsp. butter
1/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cheese, cheddar or cottage
Meat or seafood
Mushrooms, sliced
Sliced onions
Green peppers
Nutmeg
Pepper

Butter a shallow pan. Place a total of 1 cup of meat and mushrooms, onions, and peppers on bottom of dish. (May use any amount in any ratio to add up to 1 cup).

Blend together for 1 minute: Eggs, milk, butter, Bisquick and cheese. Pour over meat mixture. Let stand for 5 minutes then sprinkle nutmeg and pepper over top. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
