1 1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter, softened
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. diced ham, turkey, shrimp or bacon (optional)
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 green onions, chopped (optional)
1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine milk, butter, eggs, salt and Bisquick mix in blender and mix well. Turn into ungreased deep 9 inch or regular 10 inch pie plate. Add ham, turkey, shrimp or bacon poking it into batter. Top with onion, mushrooms and cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
