ARTICHOKE SOUP 
5 cans quartered artichokes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. half & half
1 pt. water

Combine the above in a 5-quart saucepan and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 bunch shallots, if desired. Add Tony Chachere's Seasoning to taste.
