APRICOT SPICE CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 c. nuts
1 jar baby apricots (jr. size)

Blend dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, apricots and nuts. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees in tube pan (greased and floured). Blend 1 cup confectioners' sugar with 1/4 cup orange juice. Pour over cake while hot.
