CHEDDAR POTATOES 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 pkg. frozen hash browns, cubes, thawed
1 or 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (as you like it)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
