BAKED CHICKEN 
1 to 2 chickens cut up (amount depends on number to be served. Or you can use boneless chicken breasts)
1 c. uncooked rice
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can chicken and rice soup
1 soup can of water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Dash of celery salt
Salt and pepper
Mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients except the chicken and mayonnaise in a large oblong dish or pan. Place cut up chickens on top and brush with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with black pepper. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 3 hours or 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
