APRICOT JELLO DELIGHT 
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) frozen whipped topping
2 sm. jars strained apricot baby food
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

Mix Jello, sugar, and pineapple. Stir over low heat until Jello and sugar are dissolved. Add baby food and cream cheese; mix. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped topping and chopped nuts. Chill.
