2 pkgs. orange or orange pineapple Jello
1 c. pineapple & apricot juice
2 c. hot water

Mix above ingredients and chill, then add 1 cup each pineapple and chopped apricots; let set. Cook scant 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 cup juices and 1 egg. Add 2 tablespoons butter and cool. Add 1 package Dream Whip (prepared as directed). Top this on Jello mixture and then sprinkle 3/4 cup grated cheese.
