CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) pkg. uncooked frozen peas
2/3 c. diced sharp cheese
1/2 env. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces. Add peas, cheese and the dressing mix. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Seal salad with mayonnaise and let stand overnight or several hours in refrigerator. Before serving, mix mayonnaise into ingredients. Serves 8.
