1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 lb. bacon

Combine chopped lettuce and cauliflower, onion and peas. Crumble cooked bacon and set aside.

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sugar
