CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 lg. head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® ranch mix
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream

In salad bowl add cauliflower, frozen peas, dressing mix and 1/3 the cheese; toss well. Pour into 13 x 9 inch cake pan; spread out evenly. Mix together mayonnaise and sour cream; spread over cauliflower mixture. Chill overnight. Mix lightly before serving.
