CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 lb. bacon
1 head cauliflower, chopped sm.
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 c. chopped lettuce
1/2 c. sm. frozen peas or little chunked broccoli (optional)
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Fry bacon until crisp and break into small pieces. Layer lettuce, cauliflower, onions, peas or broccoli and bacon. Spread mayonnaise over top like frosting making sure to seal around edge. Sprinkle cheese, salt, pepper and sugar over top. Let stand overnight. Just before serving, mix all together.
