TOMATO PIE 
1 deep pie crust
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
4 tomatoes
Salt and pepper lightly
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. butter

Layer tomatoes in pie shell. Saute bell pepper and onion in butter. Pour over tomatoes. Mix mayonnaise and cheese together. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
