MUD PIE 
22 Oreos'
2/3 c. melted butter
2 qts. coffee ice cream

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar

1. Crush Oreos'. Mix with butter. Press in plate. Freeze.

2. Slightly soften ice cream and pour on top of crust. Refreeze.

3. Simmer butter, sugar, chips and milk 4 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat. Cool.

4. Pour over ice cream. Refreeze.

5. Beat whipping cream, vanilla and sugar until stiff peaks form.

6. Spread cream over pie. Garnish with nuts.
