POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 pkg. Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix 1 pkg. instant toasted coconut pudding (Royal) 1 c. Crisco oil 4 eggs Beat all ingredients. Add 1 cup hot tap water and 1/4 cup poppy seed. Beat with mixer. Spray pans with Pam or grease them. Bake 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool. Makes 2 medium loaves or bake in Bundt pan about 50 minutes. Freezes nicely. |
