ASPARAGUS ROLLS | |
12 slices white sandwich bread, crust cut off 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Bleu cheese mayonnaise to taste 12 cooked asparagus spears 1/3 to 1/2 c. melted butter Roll bread to half its thickness. Spread with mayonnaise and Bleu cheese, mixed. Roll asparagus up, jelly roll fashion. Dip in melted butter and place seam side down in pan. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp and brown. Cut into thirds. |
